I, the undersigned, being the parent/legal guardian of the sailor named above, hereby

declare that:

1. I consent to the participation of the above-named sailor in the SB20 UK Open and National Championships 2025.

2. I confirm that the sailor is of good health, a competent sailor, and capable of racing in

open water under various conditions, including strong winds.

3. I accept that the sailor’s participation in this event is at their own risk, and I undertake

to indemnify and hold harmless the Organising Authority and SB20 Uk Class Association,.

this event.
